What is the dispensary builder?

The dispensary builder is a first of its kind system to order the perfect amount of products for approx a month.

How often do I need to order using the dispensary builder?

While no methods of ordering are perfect, dispensary builder works to take a lot of the guess work and time out of ordering products. Each level should be good for about month of product. Some items of the order might last longer depending on your customer base.

What payment methods to you accept?

Currently we can accept e-transfer, bitcoin and cash.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Upon receipt of payment, your order will be shipped within 48 hours and you should receive it in 7 – 10 business days.

Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?

Your order might be sourced from different suppliers and if so, it is shipped from different locations.

Do you offer a subscription service for the dispensary builder?

Not currently. However this is something we are looking into.

When are your orders processed?

We begin processing orders every day at 5pm EST. Any orders received after 5pm will be processed the following day.

What are minimum buys?

Certain items are so cost effective because they are in bulk. Meaning you have to purchase a certain amount of product.

How often is your product catalogue updated?

We update Flower and Extracts weekly and other products as we source new affordable options.

I want to bag and brand your products can I?

Feel free to use any packaging for any of the unbranded products such as flower, extracts and hash.

Are the pictures on your site images of the actual products that are shipped?

Yes, mostly. The only stock images we use are to represent the product categories. The images on each individual product page are photos of the actual product.

I ordered AAAA Indica Rockstar Kush but instead i received AAAA Platinum Pink what gives?

While we try our best to get you the exact strains that you order sometimes we run out of a certain strain. This is because of the volatile nature of the cannabis industry. We assure you are receiving an equal or greater value product in substitution.

Why wasn’t I informed of a substitution?

In order for you to receive a timely shipment we have to source and ship the products as fast as possible. We inform you on the email that includes the tracking information.

Can I cancel an order?

If an order has not been paid, or shipped it can be cancelled. Please contact us with your order number and tell us you wish to cancel. Once an order is shipped we cannot cancel the order.

Do you have a refund policy?

No, we do not offer refunds of any kind. However, if you have an issue with one of our products feel free to contact us.

I want to pay by e-transfer why was I asked to send portions of my payment to different e-mails?

Do to the nature of our business and the cost of our orders. We often hit our daily limits for money in and out of an account. This is why we break up orders over $10,000 into multiple payments.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in all orders.

Where can you ship to?

We ship all over Canada.

What currency do you accept?

Our store is priced in Canadian dollars.

I paid with bitcoin but I didn’t get my discount. What gives?

We apologize for any inconvenience please contact us and let us know you didn’t get the discount we will investigate the issue.

Why do you offer Bitcoin discounts?

We offer discounts when using bitcoin because it speeds up the process for both ordering and fulfillment.

How does the currency converter for bitcoin payments work?

The exchange rate calculation happens at the moment you are presented with a QR code. You will be given a time limit to complete the payment.
